As I was on day 2 of leftovers from my Friendsgiving dinner (because I didn't have dinner for Thanksgiving) I realized that maybe it's OK to get rid of the leftovers and go back to my regular clean eating. The Perfect Coffee Alternative
- 1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 banana
- 1 cup filter water
- 1 cup ice
Immune-Boosting Detox Green Grapefruit Smoothie
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1/2 medium grapefruit, peeled
- 1/4 avocado, frozen
- 1 large handful kale or spinach
- 1 inch knob ginger
- 1 heaping teaspoon wheatgrass powder
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup coconut milk, or any non-dairy milk
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
- 2 oranges or 4 tangerines, peeled
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup ice
With all of these recipes you literally just put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it reaches your desired consistency!
